Join prominent women leaders in a conversation about gender equality then and now!
Three panel discussions address the past, present and future of women’s leadership.
A dozen prominent women leaders from across the nation will take part in three panel discussions about gender equality past, present and future on November 4. This virtual event is free and open to the public.
Three panels are featured: An Historical Look at Active Women’s Citizenry (10-11:30 am), Women’s Leadership in Our Time (1-2:30 pm), and The Unfinished Business of Women’s Equality: Leadership for the Future (3:30-4:30 pm). In addition, the Pew Research Center will offer a briefing at 12 pm about its August FactTank report on national perceptions of gender equality and women in leadership.
Former U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe, a Republican, and former Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm, a Democrat, are serving as Honorary Co-Chairs.
